About this event: Beyond Kyoto – It’s Us! International Youth Summit and UN Conference on Climate Change Youth Delegation

friends,
i'm having fun campaigning to stop the abuse and cutting of trees in the city and the mountains. together with friends, we take photos of individuals and group holding slogans like "save the earth." save trees. save earth and the like. then, we'll make a slide presentation of the photos presented on blank wall og buildings around the city and university. we will use LCD projector. just like the "virtual march campaign" of greenpeace.

i was invited to talk about what happened and the experience in montreal with my former professor in her environmental journalism class. now, i get hold of the class for environmental campaign course.

next month, i am organizing an environmental arts festival. friends are helping me do the logistics. and next month, well be having a citywide eco-campaign to resist impractical development in the city and go for ecological urban planning.

if you want to support the eco arts festival in whatever means (small financial help or in kind or in prayers), we welcome your contribution. your ideas is pretty much welcome, too.

we will try to simplify the climate change concept and relate it to local issues. i believe that economics and social problems is interrelated to environmental problems.

"good environmental policy is always good economic policy." - robert f kennedy jr.

i wish you all the best in the effort for a stronger green revolution.

artpaix,

razcel
